My country is not in your shipping zones list. Would you make an exception?
Actually I can pretty much ship to any part of the world. If your country is not in my zones list, it's just because the system only permits that the shipping rates be adjusted manually for each country. It's a lot of work, and I decided to do it slowly. Then, if your country is not in my list, drop me a line and I will include it ASAP.

How long does it take to do a portrait and what is involved?
It will depend on the size of the portrait and what's involved in the process. All the work can take from 3 to 6 weeks, but the time in the waiting list can also vary according to how many projects I have booked before yours. Please inquiry.

What type of materials do you use in your works?
I use Winson & Newton watercolors, oils and acrylic paint, Ampersand panels, Crescent acid-free illustration boards or Winson & Newton cold press watercolor paper. Pencils and leads of several brands, from Prismacolor to Staedler.

How are your items shipped?
Prints are shipped in flat rate envelopes and protected by a cardboard sheet and acid-free, archival quality plastic envelope. Originals are usually shipped in corrugated boxes and protected by plastic wrap and cardboard. Originals on paper are also accommodated in an acid-free art bag and protected by cardboard.

How long do your items take to be shipped?
Please allow me about two to three weeks for handling and shipping. This is a one-person business, I work with no staff, and things sometimes get sort of hectic around here. If for some reason I need more time to ship your item (which is not very common, but it happens), I will let you know.

What does determine your shipping fees?
My shipping fees are set based on UPS fees and the costs of shipping materials and handling. For international shipping and small pieces, like 8" x 10" drawings or smaller, I also use USPS' Priority Mail. If you wish to use another service, like Fed-Ex or Express Mail, please let me know. I will check on the fees so you can pay the difference separately. By no means I'll ship an item using any private shipping service. Please do not insist.
